Ole Mill Stream Homeowners Association
The Ole Mill Stream Homeowners Association Board of Directors is comprised of 5 Directors and 4 Officers.
The primary purpose of the Board is to represent the collective interests of Ole Mill Stream homeowners. The powers and duties of the Board include:
Operation, care, upkeep and maintenace of the common areas
Manage the financial revenues and expenses of the association
Collection of HOA dues
Formulate, amend and enforce rules and regulations
Oversee repairs, additions, and improvements to the community

The Homeowner Association dues are $150.00 per association fiscal
year (June 1 - May 31). See information on the covenants/phases
link to determine which lots belong to the Homeowners’ Association
and are required to pay dues.
