Ole Mill Stream Homeowners Association

The Ole Mill Stream Homeowners Association Board of Directors is comprised of 5 Directors and 4 Officers.

The primary purpose of the Board is to represent the collective interests of Ole Mill Stream homeowners. The powers and duties of the Board include:

  • Operation, care, upkeep and maintenace of the common areas

  • Manage the financial revenues and expenses of the association

  • Collection of HOA dues

  • Formulate, amend and enforce rules and regulations

  • Oversee repairs, additions, and improvements to the community

If you are a real estate agent or closing attorney, the following information as well as the covenants links to the left may be useful.

  • The Homeowner Association dues are $150.00 per association fiscal
    year (June 1 - May 31). See information on the covenants/phases
    link to determine which lots belong to the Homeowners’ Association
    and are required to pay dues.
